General Information
Avi is a magical gay tiger capable of bending reality to his will, or so he says until you realize he's just bending water to refract light in weird ways. He has an affinity for birds and fish.
Abilities
Aquamancy
Avi is able to control and bend water to his will, lifting it and shaping it with his mind and even forcing it between the states of solid, liquid, gas, and plasma. He is also capable of "bloodbending". He can strip water from any source, be it the air, a lake, or something else filled with water.
Lumimancy
Avi is capable of shooting bullets made primarily of radiant magic. He can also create and bend manifestations of this radiancy like its water.
Purification of Water
Avi is able to purify any body of water with volume no more than 108 litres. This can include anything from mist to blood flowing in his veins. Normally, this manifestions as light purifying poisons and corruptions, but Avi can also pull out water and separate it form heavier and denser liquids and solids such as mud.
Illusion Creation
By bending water, light, and "salt", Avi is able to create "illusions" that have solid matter and are able to affect the real world. These illusions can range from bricks of a building to men. With concentration, he can arrange the "salt" to form crystal structures that preserve his "static" illusions, making them into permanent structures.
Shapeshifting
Avi is able to shape shift at will. Using his Illusion Magic, he can transform into a Werewolf, Gnoll, or a Dragon. Inexplicably, he can also turn into a Meowth.
Crystal Creation
Avi is able to dig into the powers within himself to create Crystals which he uses to power ancient mechanisms or to gift to people he likes.
Lunar Magic
Avi is able to draw power from the full moon to fuel part of his light magic. He can also store that energy into vials for later use.
Earth Magic
Avi is able to draw power from the Earth to replenish his energy.
Use of Magic Items
Avi is able to use any sort of magic item. This can vary from Magicities to enchanted items. He can also enchant his own items, as well.
Flight
Kind of a basic ability, but Avi is able to fly.
Energy Manipulation
Kind of a basic ability, but Avi can maniupulate his energy, turning it into magic bullets.
Air Manipulation
Avi can create sound illusions in the air, as well lower temperatures and cut off sound in a small area
Occupation
Avi is a wandering NEET. He says he maintains a Temple of Water, but it is in disrepair.
Possesions
Crystal Core
Avi obtained the Crystal Core after putting all of its pieces back together. When he put the final piece in place, he gained the ability to activate Ancient Mechanisms just by touching them.
Silver Pistol
The Silver Pistol is a Magical Firearm Avi made from polished glass and pyrite. From its barrel, Avi is capable of shooting giant catfishes, giant kites, or giant laser beams.
Azure Blade
The Azure Blade is a deep blue sword Avi made from lotus stems, mythril, and morning glories. It's hilt is encrusted with sapphires and moonstones, with a Crystal embedded into the pommel. It is capable of slicing through even diamonds and creating magical shockwaves.
Giant Stick
The Giant Stick is a walking staff Avi made from bamboo, flowering jacaranda branches, and banyan vines. Apart from using it to aid his mobility, Avi also uses it as a magic focus. Hidden amongst the flowers and leaves, there is a Crystal embeded on top of the staff.
Magicite of Time
Avi stole the Magicite of Time from someone (he forgot who) because he thought it was pretty, and he can use it to momentarily pause time (or make him go really fast without any friction)
Magicite of Space
Avi stole the Magicite of Space from someone (he forgot who) because he thought it was pretty, and he can use it to create condensed pockets of "space" he uses to step on or sit on in mid air.
Gap
Avi stole a "Gap" from the Youkai Sage Yakumo Yukari. He uses it to store groceries, among other things.
Grimoire
Avi wrote his own grimoire, and it is filled with various things such as complex magic spells, sketches, cooking recipes, worldly observations, and music ideas. There is also a "gallery" of hot men in the back. He stole the paper for it from someone's printer, and the thread from a bag of cat food. All nine eighteen-page signatures are held together with glow-in-the-dark crochet yarn. The covers are illusions made from ice enchanted to never melt and crushed up glow-in-the-dark rocks.
Glass "Vision"
A glass jewel Avi dons while he's visiting Teyvat that allows him to use his water magic without suspicion
